As Phoenix area Realtors, when we meet with a homeowner to talk about the big decision to sell their home, our first question is “How can we help?”
Some homeowners are just in the beginning stages of thinking of selling. Others have sold homes in the past and because of their experience, have very specific questions (such as “what’s different about your marketing?”)
To do our BEST job as Phoenix area Realtors, we ask questions. We want to know about your goals, your wants and needs, timing, and other factors to help you as much as possible during your real estate journey.
We also ask Real Estate questions that will help us determine the best and fastest way to sell your home for the most amount of money.
Where We Focus
Geographically, we’re licensed in the State of Arizona but a good majority of our clients come from
Scottsdale – Peoria – Chandler – Mesa – Gilbert
Many of our clients are in some stage of a Life Transition. Their families are expanding as are their possessions and they need big storage and security for “big toys” (RVs, boats, etc.).
Or, their kids have grown and their voices are echoing in the house, along with having too much maintenance both inside and out. So we talk with them about Real Estate options and alternatives and the pros and cons.
And lastly, we have clients who have lost a spouse and really need a compassionate conversation about the next move for them to the right caring community. They looked for someone they could trust and we’re proud to call them our clients as well as our friends.
