Deciding to go on a Real Estate journey, whether you’re a buyer or homeowner, is a BIG decision. You need a Phoenix Real Estate guide who will make sure you’re taking all the right steps for success.

I’m Tom Mayer and I don’t believe buying or selling a home should be stressful. Stress may come from not understanding the process or having expectations unfulfulled. Let’s collaborate and communicate to alleviate the potential of stress and make this an enjoyable experience.

You and I will talk through your questions, concerns and fears and pull together a plan of action. This step-by-step process and communication is critical to the success of your Real Estate journey.

The Phoenix area home inventory and  interest rates are unpredictable. Buy or sell your home when the time fits your needs and lifestyle, when it’s best for YOU! That means the time to act is now, for both buyers and homeowners.

If you’re a home buyer, get your affairs in order (no new debt, get pre-approved, etc.).

If you’re a home seller, make your home look like a model home (neutral colors, clean walls and surfaces). Most importantly, look at the average price per square foot in your area. Then, multiply that by your home’s square feet. That’s about what you’ll get for your home, give or take. Setting a higher price than the market will bear typically means your house won’t sell. I don’t want you going through that.

My philosophy is pretty matter-of-fact. I’m a process guy. I want you, as the buyer or homeowner, to know what to expect from the entire Real Estate process. This includes from the private home tours to the home selection to the negotiations and the closing (including those pesky fees!). In my heart of hearts, I’m an educator and a detail guy.

I see it as my job to provide you with as much knowledge and understanding of the real estate process as you want or need. My goal is to help you move into the home that makes you smile every time you drive up the driveway
